What We'll Explore
This group offers a sacred space to explore the chakra system as a pathway to emotional healing, spiritual alignment, and embodied wholeness. Each week, we’ll journey through one of the seven chakras using gentle, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and reflective conversation. Together, we’ll honor the energy centers that influence our sense of safety, creativity, power, love, truth, intuition, and connection to the divine. This is an invitation to return to yourself, softening old narratives, releasing stored tension, and awakening your inner wisdom with compassion and presence.

What to Expect
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to connect with others in a shared healing space. You’ll be invited to grow and expand at your own pace — whether through movement, discussion, or quiet presence. Each session will include time for guided yoga practice, group reflection, and moments of stillness. This is not a performance space, but a practice space — one where you are welcome exactly as you are. You may laugh, cry, be silent, or speak — all experiences are welcome here.

The Benefits of Yoga and Group Work

Who is this Group for
This group is for anyone longing to feel more grounded, connected, and whole. Whether you struggle with shame, disconnection, anxiety, or self-doubt, this space invites you to explore a more compassionate relationship with yourself through the lens of the chakra system. Each week, we’ll journey through the energetic centers of the body, using movement, breath, and reflection to support healing and balance. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced in yoga, or feel emotionally “put together.” You just need a willingness to show up with curiosity, presence, and care - for yourself and for others. If you’re seeking deeper alignment, a sense of belonging, and a space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, this group is here for you.
